Arts & Crafts Research Fund





The Arts & Crafts Research Fund was established several years ago by Bruce Johnson with the goal of providing financial assistance to researchers and writers involved in the Arts & Crafts movement.


Each year the ACRF sponsors a Silent Auction at the Arts & Crafts Conference to raise money which is distributed at no specific time during the following year. Research grants typically range between $2000-$4000.


There is no deadline and no application form.


To be considered by the selection committee, send a typed two-page proposal including the following information:




1.) A one-paragraph summary of your research project

2.) Tell us why you think it is important

3.) The present status of your research

4.) Background on yourself

5.) What amount you are requesting and specifically how you would use this amount.

6.) Other pertinent information.
